If you can do 20+ push-ups without stopping, this is a great way to challenge them.

Start with a ten pound plate and work your way up. Place plate upper to mid back. Don’t place it on lower back, weight may fall off and/or cause discomfort to your lower back.

Go to failure. Great for a burnout after your workout.
