Full Body Flow | 20 minute Winter Snowga

This is a quick 20 minute full body yoga flow for the winter season. We will be stretching different parts of the body while connecting our breath to movement. I recommend doing this practice somewhere outside in nature (if you can) to soak in that fresh air and reconnect to the natural world!
