Hi, friends !
This week we are going to practice sound healing or chanting and the 5 elements or seasons of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Our lives run in cycles and with the TCM's 5 elements we will cycle through the seasons just as life cycles through renewal and end of life. Our own energetic deaths and rebirths. The 5 elements are Winter / Water, Spring / Wood, Summer / Fire, Solstice & Equinox / Earth, and Autumn / Metal. In TCM each person has a primary element. Each elements also are represented by specific meridians. Healing through the elements helps our bodies to come in balance.

This program is also suitable for yoga beginners!
