ETS2 Drives of Discovery - DSL map : Driving the Unmarked Roads

This video is part of an occasional series that I've called "Drives of Discovery", where we go off-map to see what hidden details have been left by developers - "Rule 42" in action! These will be the longest videos that I make, and this one is 56 minutes - chapter markers are listed below, above 'Other credits' and 'Links'...

In this video we return to the DSL Extreme Roads Map to try and find what lies at the ends of the roads that seem to go nowhere.

We discover that some of those random 'orphaned' road sections on the map overview are actually connected to the main areas by, you've guessed it, unmarked roads. Which begs the question: what about all the other orphaned roads on this map? Is it possible to drive to them as well?!

** Apologies for the stock audio for 10 minutes in the early stages of this video - the original recording had, for some reason, a 4Hz pulse that became unbearable in that section, but didn't bother almost any of the rest of the video. I tried to correct this using Audacity 3.1.3, but in the end it defeated me, so I just replaced that section with this sound clip from the YouTube Audio Library.
