Fried Rice for Dinner!

Quick and easy meal using leftover rice!

Brown 2 slices bacon, chopped.
Add 1/2 Cup scallion or onion
1/2 Cup sliced celery
1/2 can diced water chestnuts
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp sesame oil (or peanut oil)
Cook until veggies are tender crisp.

Add 2 beaten eggs and stir to cook. Add 2 cups cooked rice, 2 tsp soy sauce and white pepper to taste. Stir over med high heat until rice is warm. Serve immediately.
