Standing Barbell Curls

If you want to perform standing barbell curls properly then watch this video!

You can use a shoulder width grip or slightly wider grip with a Barbell
You can lean forward a little bit or push your elbows forward at the bottom to achieve full ROM
Keep your elbows at the side to maintain tension throughout the full ROM as you curl the weight in an arc motion toward your shoulders

You can use an E-Z Bar if you have wrist discomfort
