Stretch Your Skin?!?

I know that the idea of stretching your skin sounds scary! You don't want your skin to lose it's elasticity or become saggy.

The reason that you want to stretch your skin is to release fascia/ connective that has become stuck together. When you hold your body in the same place for a period of time, the fascia sticks together to help you hold that position.

As we are stressed or using our bodies in the same way over and over, things get stuck. That stuck fascia serves as a dam blocking the flow of lymph (our body's sewage system). Stuck lymph is inflammation which can cause breakouts, dull skin and many other skin issues.

Allowing for the flow of lymph by breaking up adhesions will only improve the tone, texture and sculpting of your skin!!!

We finish the protocol with working reflex points for the neck and shoulders to relieve further tension and enhance the flow of lymph.

This is a protocol that I recommend doing frequently for your overall skin health. Daily would be amazing but aim for 3-4 times a week.
