IN THE MONEY Inside multi-millionaire Rylan Clark’s incredible £1.2m property empire after split from husband

RYLAN Clark still has a lot to smile about despite his split from husband Dan Neal last year.

The 33-year-old is sitting on a property empire worth £1.2m, taking his total business assets to a cool £2.7m, The Sun can reveal.
Presenter Rylan lives in a five bedroom Essex home, which he shared with Dan until their split in June.

Self-confessed Big Brother super fan even has a Diary Room in his house - complete with the actual Diary Room chair from the 2013 series which he won.

And earlier this year Strictly: It Takes Two host Rylan showed off his impressive garden at the huge property.

Now new accounts show that an increase in properties has boosted fixed assets held at Rylan's private firm Luxenoa by £300k.

Its latest property takes its bricks and mortar holdings to £1,286,656

Rylan signed off the accounts last month, and they are for the year ended 30 April 2021.
As well as its property it held £85,120 in current assets to take total assets held to £1,331,303.

After allowing for long term liabilities at £1,200,574 Luxenoa retained £130,729 in capital and reserves.

Rylan set the business up in 2018.

While Luxenoa looks after Rylan’s property, Rylan Limited handles his TV earnings.

This firm was set-up by him in 2013, reporting its nature of business on Companies House as ‘performing arts.’

As at latest accounts he held £1,644,487 in assets at this firm.

They comprised £1,292,076 in monies owed to his business, as well as cash held at £352,411.

After allowing or bills it held £1,388,988 in shareholder funds as at 31 August 2020.

Accounts show how its net worth has shot up through the years.

Climbing from £81,450 in 2014, its first year of trading, to £230,140 in 2016, £605,030 in 2017 before passing £1 million in 2019 with a £1,049,099 net worth.
