DISAPPOINTED! Off Day... 170 Kgs x4 Deadlift

I was planning/hoping that I would at least get five reps, if not more with this weight, and I really thought I was going to, but my energy just completely left me right before this set, and I simply gassed out super fast. I think I could have grinded out that fifth rep if I REALLY committed to it, but I was so tapped out already, and it was going really slowly, so I didn't want to overdo it. I have done 177.5 Kgs for 5 reps only about a couple of months ago, so I know I am capable of more. It was simply an off day. I won't dwell on it too much. It happens!
