Quake (2021) - E4M3: The Elder God Shrine (Nightmare, 100% Secrets)

While you do get another new weapon with the Grenade Launcher in this level, there are a whopping 105 enemies to contend with in this level including the introduction of the worst enemy in the game: Spawns, little blue blobs that bounce unpredictably around the room toward you and explode in your face when you kill them. The only way to kill them effectively is from a distance the second you see them.
