What Is Anarcho-Tyranny?

Anarchism and Tyranny are often held as extremes which are mutually exclusive, but the two can coexist in a state which contradicts and goes against its own interests, that is that Anarchism and Tyranny can exist, and typically do exist within highly dysfunctional states, and it often signals the nation's rapid descent into something utterly unrecognizable.
