Quake (2021) - E4M2: The Tower of Despair (Nightmare, 100% Secrets)

This map definitely lives up to its name! The first secret gives you a Super Shotgun, but all you have besides that is a regular shotgun and a Nailgun, and you have to face four Vores and a Shambler as well as many Death Knights and Ogres. Many tough enemies, but little firepower. Thankfully, though, there is a Pentagram/Quad Damage combo you can use to overpower some of them, as well as get the achievement for killing a Shambler with your axe. It's also worth noting that from this level forward, there is one new weapon in each level, and if you try to exit without picking it up, you'll get a message saying "Are you sure you want to exit now? You left something important behind." Good thing too, because you'll need all of the weapons and ammo you can get for this episode!
