MARCoNS & Mold in Sinuses Causing Vertigo?

I got vertigo in September. The ENT diagnosed me with a blocked eustachian tube and a possible vestibular migraine. The integrative doctor had me get nasal swab testing from Microbiology DX, which was positive for MARCoNS (antibiotic resistant staph) and aspergillus niger, a type of mold.
