taking arlo (cat) to animal hospital, 2am (part 3)

arlo is being such a good boy
turns out, he just needed to sit in my lap
i love that weird ass meow
his vitals were fine and he wasn't dehydrated
i was just freaking out cos i didn't know
i'd feel like a total piece a shit if sumin happened and i did nothin
that mf couldn't wait to get away from me
i commend that person for following the traffic laws at 3:30 in the morning
arlo is calm af now

so lucky to see mitch before he passed away
it's like arlo is driving
tempted to take this oral syringe just to see what happens to me
i looked up this medication online and ended up not giving it to him (didn't trust it)
the shitty part of the road that the govt refuses to fix
arlo hates the govt cos he is my cat
i can't stand big-ass trucks being right up next to me, always nerve-wracking
and much like psych drugs, i opted out of this with him
arlo mightve been plotting how to toss his meds down the toilet
why can't you be there with your pet during the examination
i know, my conspiratorial brain is goin apeshit
do caretakers live up to that title
would arlo tell me if he'd been molested or injected
hopefully the ones who took care of him weren't psychopaths
i know it's dark to presume that everyone in the caretaking field is a sociopath but...
