This video is for those who need a good night. 8 Hours of sleep is just over the recommended minimum amount of sleep for an adult which is 7 hours.
Pink noise is similar to white noise but with the higher frequencies removed to make a lower hissing sound, it sounds similar to running water.

Remember to lay in a comfy position
Take 10 long deep breaths
And imagine yourself melting into your mattress
