A Mobile Draft Beer System

I needed to take some kegged homebrew to a party and came up with this; an easy to assemble self-contained transportable draft system on wheels.
A wheeled cooler, small keg, CO2 tank, picnic tap, and some ice are all that is required to make you the life of the party.
