My flat barbell bench just sucks! LOL...
Just being honest with myself! If you seen my other vids you'd know this already!
I'm working on it!

Prior to this lockdown BS I was flat hammer pressing 400lbs (legit poundage) plus 115lb d-bells both for 3+ reps, and since my power blocks only go to 90lbs, I must make my bench my main heavy movement!
I got 2 reps here, then 2 more sets of 1 each set...Its a slow grind but 3 plates or bust, RIGHT??

Still, not bad for a guy just a few weeks shy of his 60th...
