Ingredients for 1 calzone
grn beef( about 1lb)
roll out pizza crust
spaghetti sauce(about 1 cup)(any brand, most flavors will work)
1 onion
1 grn pepper
1 sm can sliced black olives(optional)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(2 cups if not using Italian style in addition)
1 cup shredded Italian style cheese(optional)
butter spray for top of crust
garlic salt( about 1tsp to 1 1/2 tsp)
italian seasoning(about 1tsp to 1 1/2 tsp)

Directions:
preheat oven to 400

Brown the grn beef and crumble it in a skillet
Dice up the onion and grn pepper

Unroll the pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper( if desired)
add the spaghetti sauce to crust and spread over all crust
add the browned, crumbled grn beef to bottom half of crust
add the diced onion and grn pepper
add the sliced black olives to your liking or omit
add the shredded mozzarella cheese
add the Italian cheese(optional)
fold over the top crust; press down on edges of crust to seal
spray top of crust with butter spray(any brand)
sprinkle garlic salt and italian seasoning on top of crust

Bake at 400 for 18-20 mins until crust is golden brown

* You can use whatever variations you like, omit or add things. This is the traditional way I always make it. I like to use Italian style cheese as it has parmesan, romano, and asiago cheese. It is good too with crushed pineapple. I have tried it with just pepperoni slices inside and cheese, I did not like it. The butter spray, garlic salt and Italian seasoning gives it extra flavor.
