Making and Freeze Drying Beef Stew Mexican-Style
This recipe was from the cookbook "The Encyclopedia of Creative Cooking" Hardcover, published in 1980 (my copy is a 1984 edition) This was probably the first cookbook I ever owned; I received it as a gift in around 1984.
These 5 bags of beef stew Mexican-style went to Alaska and I don't have any video/photos of their rehydration.

Freeze dried food will stay fresh for many years and be ready and waiting when you need it.
