Superfast SuperFit: Russian Barbell Twist

In this SuperFit video, Jacie and M. David Peterson demonstrate the Russian Barbell Twist, a very good resistance exercise for the core muscles. However, this is an advanced movement and should not be done unless one has at least two years of experience lifting weights and/or a personal trainer who can supervise and advise on correct form. As usual we are working out in the fasted state for more fat burning.
