Iodine Solution Demo: Viral Infections

Here is a demonstration on how to make your own Iodine Nasal/Throat spray. This is a successful strategy I have utilized many times over the years to support my immune system in an effort to avoid and/or combat viral infections, including when I had COVID-19. I have also witnessed the success my patients have had. Of course, this not a standalone option. I as well as my patients have utilized the iodine nasal/throat spray along with many other immune system supportive therapeutics (natural as well as pharmaceuticals when needed).
