Fear Causes Disease: How to be Fearless

LIVE FEARLESSLY! There are no guarantees in life, in reality we don't have control of much and things can change in a heartbeat, so living in fear and exposing yourself to people and other influencers who help perpetuate fear is detrimental on many levels. I believe we must break this cycle and start embracing a better path of existence as the course many are on leads off a cliff that could be avoided. Living in fear can lead to disease and shorten your lifespan. Many studies have proven that fear is a significant causative factor for disease development. In fact some studies show it is a major contributor to at least 95% of them. Here I share roadblocks you can overcome to avoid living in a perpetual state of fear that life can create, and those stressors caused by many negative influences that can be avoided. Such as negative people and the fear mongering of mainstream media, politics, doctors, the medical industrial complex, and those who want us to be in a constant state of crisis to ensure our compliance. This also distracts us from our purpose, having fun, creativity, our ability to focus on our blessings, and enjoy the simple things that enhance health. Surround yourself with those who support you achieving your goals and purpose, turn off the blue screens, get outside and connect with nature, and carve out time for self nurturing everyday for yourself. Of course, make sure you are also getting the nutrients needed to support your efforts. Be well!

Gender Affirming Care: Care or Harm?

Adults have the right to alter their appearance and take hormones as they choose. I only hope they completely comprehend the risks vs benefits before giving consent to any medical procedure or consuming drugs. This is one of the great freedoms our constitution protects. Freedom of choice. Children's brains are not developed enough to make such choices as the human brain is not fully developed until their mid-twenties. That is why they are the ward of their parents or guardians (don't allow the schools or the State to be the ward of your child). That is why there are age appropriate warnings on products, they have curfews , why they cannot get a tattoo, drink alcohol, vote, join the military, etc. That is why I find the madness of some of our current leaders, organizations with vested interests, teachers, administrators, parents, and doctors advocating, normalizing and supporting the harming of children, mind-blowing and unacceptable. Even notorious world leaders who are our adversaries have voiced their condemnation for these actions against our own children, possibly insinuating someone must intervene. Obviously, the enormity of this subject is overwhelming, so in this video I discuss the medical aspect of hormone blockers and mutilating surgeries for children. First and foremost they can cause grave harm and are not reversible, period. Not just physically but also psychologically. If anyone says otherwise, they are lying. All that these horrific actions accomplish is making the child a lifelong patient. They do not provide a lifetime of bliss (as many children are deceived into believing) and can increase their risk of suicide. Also, detransitioning drugs and surgeries will not reverse the damage done. So many opportunities lost forever. Devastating. In my opinion, it is unconscionable, disgraceful and a violation of their oath to "DO NO HARM" for any doctor to subject a child to false hope of guaranteed happiness (endless happiness is unattainable for anyone) through 'gender affirming care'. Shame on any adult who leads them to the doorway of these disgraceful doctors. It is hard for me to even refer to them as doctors. If a child is struggling which many are, particularly during their teens (changing hormones during puberty naturally causes negative emotions) and especially following their experiences of the past few years. An alarming number of children admit throughout our country have contemplated suicide, too many have. Kids at risk do not need any more obstacles or confusion that may add to their anxiety, self-loathing, awkwardness, or self-doubt. From my perspective, we need to come together as a society to provide love, support and to teach these kids that all children are cherished just the way they are and that no child's needs are more important nor that some kids have more rights than they do. It is also our duty to help them realize their full potential and expose them to opportunities that broaden their paths to success and good health on their journey to discovering their purpose in life. We also should teach them to identify potential predators who are seeking to harm them, oppress their potential and diminish their opportunities in life in order to satisfy their goals. Please warn your children and educate them on actions and steps they can take to avoid and expose those, no matter who they are, who have lost their moral compass. Educate them and encourage them to exercise their first amendment right to speak out when they know instinctively/morally something is wrong, regardless of what they are being told. They should be aware that exercising this protected right takes courage and is the only thing that creates positive change and guarantees their continued right to freedom. Eighteen years for a child to be allowed the grace of being a child is not too much to ask. Whatever their realizations are once they become an adult can be explored at that time, then informed choices can be made. Until then, some kids may feel uncomfortable or confused but the safety and well-being of the majority take precedence. I am sure most of you would agree being a kid wasn't easy (being an adult isn't easy) and feel fortunate that many of the decisions we wanted to make for ourselves back then were derailed by our parents and/or a caring adult. Parents, keep your kids safe. Do not let anyone else raise them. Nothing is more important, nothing. You are the only ones who can show them the way and protect them from those who have failed them or from those who intend them harm. Lead by example, have the courage to exercise your right to free speech, to protest and assemble. We can right this ship with our collective voices and pro-action. Evil succeeds when good people do nothing. Be brave. Do something!
