Credit Instagram's @news.rebel with this clip of former Newfoundland Premier Brian Peckford as he expresses his disgust at the current political leadership in Canada. Peckford has several constitutional beefs, and here he takes up the Canada Act 1982, of which he was a signatory by virtue of his position of the Canadian totem pole in that year.

He specifically mentions Section 6, mobility rights, and Section 7, the legal right to life, liberty and security of the person.
