This forth part of this series moves onto the next stages of the solera process, which include adding the 2 part solera to a keg along with a tasting and brewing a new batch (with a new recipe) along with transfer to make this a 3 part solera for tasting in 2022.

462 g - / 16.29 oz Oats, Flaked (10%)
231 g/ 8.14oz - Spelt (5%)
Boil Time : 30 min
Hops
30 mins Saaz - 11.6 IBU
