1️⃣00:00:31 - Pour 2 cups of hot black coffee into a blender. It needs to be hot coffee so that everything blends together and melts smoothly.

3️⃣00:01:04 - If wanting to make your own ghee, boil high-quality butter and skim off whey that floats to the top. Toast the bottom and then strain into a bowl. Let harden and that's your ghee (Ghee is a lactose free version of butter. You can also buy it at the grocery store or on Amazon.
