Whatever nutritional approach you choose, stick with it for about three months and keep monitoring how you feel, your energy levels, and how you sleep. Try a few different approaches because chances are you won’t pick the right one first off. Stick with them and make it a habit and ultimately a lifestyle. It takes twenty one days to form a habit. It takes ninety days to form a lifestyle, and stick with it for six months and you’ll never look back. This has just scratched the surface. Go out there research and find what resonates with you and go for it. Remember you can do it. Always be positive, grateful and enthusiastic about life. Remember, life is an adventure.
