So all that is great, but where do I start? I have an idea but how do I get clear? Well one way is to take a pen and paper and write down your general goal or want. Put it at the top of the sheet and then brain storm ideas and jot as many down as you can. Go over each idea in turn and get an idea as to how it makes you feel. How strong emotionally is each idea? Cross off the ones that don’t instantly hit you with a great emotion, and put the ones that do on a seperate sheet. Now you should have a list of things that feel good to you. You can further refine these down into a single paragraph or a sentence about your goal. If you are artistic you might even want to do this in a picture format. I am sure you get the idea. Hope this has helped you get clear on your goals and feelings about your goals. Always be positive, grateful, and enthusiastic about life. Remember, life is an adventure.

Once you can get all of these things clear I am sure you can see that it would be easier to add emotion into them. Be clear, positive, believe, and be grateful. And very importantly play everything out in your imagination like you already have attained what you want. Live it in the imagination then you will see it and live it in the physical world.

The trick is to get clear on what you want. Have a clear and very precise picture in your mind and a definite purpose for what you want. Paint it in your mind be it more money or a loving understanding relationship. More money? What do you want to do with the money? How much money? Will it be a regular income or just a one off thing? How will you feel having the money?

A lot of people have a vague idea of what they want, like to have more money, or a good relationship. Both very nice goal goals to have but everybody wants them and they lack specifics and way more often than not lack any passion and faith. This is like writing a letter to a friend and just sending the letters of the alphabet or just random words and expecting your friend to know what you are writing about. When you are confused, guess what? The universe is confused. That is because you are sending out confusion so that is what you get back confusion.

It is very important that you have a clear mental image of your goal and what you want in your mind. The clearer the image the more positive emotion you can put into it and the clearer the message you send out to the universe (God). That will help you attain that goal quicker. Be it a material goal, monetary goal, relationship goal, intellectual goal, or a spiritual goal.

We do know that a few things are universal like the elimination of certain foods. For instance sugar and artificial sweeteners, trans fats, white and processed grains, and of course seed oils, also called vegetable oil. Also a very good idea is to get rid of highly processed foods that have ingredients you don’t recognise or pronounce. Also some form of vitamin and mineral supplementation can be important due to the fact that our soils have become very depleted in minerals and nutrients due to modern industrial farming methods. Another thing all nutritional people agree on is organic is best and get organic whenever you can.

Whatever nutritional approach you choose, stick with it for about three months and keep monitoring how you feel, your energy levels, and how you sleep. Try a few different approaches because chances are you won’t pick the right one first off. Stick with them and make it a habit and ultimately a lifestyle. It takes twenty one days to form a habit. It takes ninety days to form a lifestyle, and stick with it for six months and you’ll never look back. This has just scratched the surface. Go out there research and find what resonates with you and go for it. Remember you can do it. Always be positive, grateful and enthusiastic about life. Remember, life is an adventure.

But what is the right diet? As anybody who has studied anything about good health and good nutrition knows, there is a plethora of information out there on different nutritional approaches and it is very confusing and also very conflicting. So how do you cut away the bad information and find a nutritional approach that’s right for you? There is so many different approaches out there. There is vegan, vegetarian, paleo, keto, and carnivore. Within the approaches there is also different schools of thought. Like vegan, conventional or raw, organic or substitute. Those go on for the other nutritional approaches too. Simply put there is no single nutritional approach that works for everyone. Every person is different with different needs and sensitivities to different foods. The trick is to experiment until you find the nutritional approach that works for you. The one that makes you feel most energised and vibrant. It is probably a good idea to find a health coach who is open minded on the different approaches and who can help walk you through the adjustment periods of the different approaches.

How important is good nutrition when it comes to achieving your goals? Well I believe good nutrition is very important. Put quite simply good nutrition=good health, good health= plenty of energy, plenty of energy=being able to work toward your goals enthusiastically. There won’t be any of these feelings because you are tired. You’ll want to work towards your goals because they excite you, you’ll have the energy and enthusiasm. This will increase your vibration with the law of attraction enormously.

EFT Emotional Freedom Technique also known as tapping, it is one of my personal favourites. Basically you tap on certain meridian points on the body to clear the blockages. As you tap you say what is bothering you and release it. As you go through the tapping points you acknowledge the negative and as the rounds of tapping continue you replace it with the positive beliefs you want. You start by rating how you feel about what’s holding you back and rate it 0 to 10, ten being the most intense. As you work through the rounds the feelings should become less intense and the affirmations can then be positive. It is like removing layers of old limiting beliefs like the layers removed from an onion. This techniques is very effective.

Affirmations Are a great tool and very easy to do to reprogram your belief systems and replace negative beliefs with positive beliefs They are easy but take some work and time to do. Put simply they are just a set of positive statements set in the present that you repeat over and over to yourself several times a day. A very simple analogy is if you have a bucket of red water and want to make it blue, the affirmation is like a drop of blue dye dripped into the bucket. You won’t see anything from the first few drops but if you keep the affirmations up eventually the water will go from red to blue. The trick is to do it often and everyday until you see the results. Affirmations can be supercharged with meditation technique or the tapping technique.

Meditation/Mindfulness These two are similar techniques so I have put them together. They have both gained a lot of popularity in the late twentieth century and twenty first century. Just about everyone knows about these techniques. Their most popular usage is for relaxation and stress relief for people with busy lifestyles (which is just about everyone). But not a lot of people realise they can be both used to reprogram negative beliefs and emotions. You start the meditation the same way as relaxation but you then use positive images and affirmations together while in the deep relaxed meditation stage. Mindfulness is similar but you keep yourself present and aware of your thoughts while relaxed and doing a safe activity. Both take a little practice but once mastered are very effective techniques to give yourself positive beliefs and mindset.

Hypnosis is a popular technique used to help clear emotional blockages. The hypnotherapist puts the person in to an altered brainwave state, often it is the alpha wave bordering to the theta wave with deep hypnosis. Once the person is fully relaxed and open to suggestion, the hypnotherapist starts to delve into the persons mind and find the underlying belief pattern that is causing the emotional blockage. Once this belief pattern is found the hypnotherapist can start replacing the negative emotions with more positive suggestions to help the person clear the emotional blockage. This can take several sessions over weeks or maybe months. Depending on how deep the emotion is rooted in and also how open the person is to letting the belief go.
