Box Breathing Method: How to reduce Stress or Anxiety RAPIDLY
STRESS & ANXIETY REDUCER .. Box breathing. Square breathing or also known as Yogic Breathing(Sama Vritti Pranayama) is a very ancient relaxation breathing method to help realign your breath to it's normal functioning. An extremely effective way to calm your nervous system. reducing bad feelings such as, anxiety, stress, fears etc.. or at least being able to manage them much more easily in your daily life. It relaxes your mind, body and spirit. It is a very simple technique, known by many but not talked about often enough IMO. Everyone will have to deal with difficult times in their life at some point. Might as well be better prepared for these waves when they decide to show up ;-)
