GUIDED BREATHWORK with Conscious Relaxation

"20 connected breaths" is a relaxing and energising breathing technique, originated from "Rebirthing Breathwork”. In this guided session we are combining it with with gradual and conscious relaxation of the full body,

it's a great tool for re-centering your energy and finding emotional balance.

Technique:

- breathe through the nose or mouth ( you can pick more comfortable way)
- a cycle of 4 circular connected breaths + 5th deep, longer inhale followed
by sigh of relief x4 = 20 breaths (1 round)
- between the rounds focus on gradual relaxation of your full body

x5 rounds of 20 breaths followed by relaxation
