Creamy and cheesy, this easy to make vegan walnut parsley pesto has a bold flavor, making it a perfect addition to any pasta dish.
Ingredients
1 cup of fresh parsley (loosely packed)
1 cup of walnuts
1/2 cup of nutritional yeast
1/2 cup of sunflower oil
Directions
1. Combine fresh parsley, walnuts, nutritional yeast, and sunflower oil into a blender.
2. Puree until smooth.
3. Pour over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
