This following video is a short clip, of an audio recording, taken on April 5, 2007 at a meeting with the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services. The Demers' allege the statements they made at this meeting (on this video clip ) about payments being made out of pocket for hotel bills and Acadia stopping payments after we reported getting sick from oil vapors in the home at the time, during the oil spill cleanup are true. Acadia Insurance company deny these allegations. The Demers' also allege all other statements they made during this meeting are true. The Demers' lost their negligence court case against Haffner's Oil Company, Acadia Insurance Company, Ambrose Environmental Management, Inc. and Enpro Services, Inc. in 2011.
