Christmas Brisket

We enjoyed a brisket for Christmas dinner again this year. I injected with Big Poppas Cattleprod Beef, SPG, and Slaps BBQ rub. I smoked at 275 with Royal Oak lump and pecan. I wrapped with Slaps mop recipe and let the flat & point rest for a few hours before serving for dinner. Merry Christmas!!!
