This 5.5x44 stick features a very firm thick dark brown wrapper with a slight red hue, rough tooth, minimal veins, tight invisible seams, triple cap and mild sweet and peppery tobacco aroma. First light reveals a good draw with minimal smoke output and mild-medium flavors of just a smooth faint tobacco and light finish. The first third brings medium-full body flavors of a smooth creamy textured earth with a bit of sweetness, peper & spice but not much. The finish holds the same and is fairly long. Smoke output is excellent, on the thich side with a very good draw and burn. 30 minutes in at the 1/2 way point the flavors shift a bit, the earth dies down and there is a nice creamy leather added, both in texture and flavor. The ash held on for almost 1/2 the stick falling off in a solid chunk. Ending at 50 minutes where it began to get hot the last third lost the leather, going back to just the earth of the first third.
