This is a classic NY style cheesecake made with sour cream for a rich and creamy texture!

Graham Cracker Crust:
2 cups crushed graham cracker
6 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons granulated sugar

Cheesecake Batter:
48 oz cream cheese (softened/room temperature)
4 large eggs
3 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
