Is judder cinematic? Causes and remedy for judder in your videos - pans recorded on BMPCC 6k pro

Judder is maybe well known but still annoying and I am wondering why there is this 24 fps to be cinematic dogma for videos, that are being watched via streaming services, when judder is caused by exactly this combination of technology.

In this video you will find the explanation of how judder is caused and I am shooting three videos at the framerates of 24, 30 and 60 fps to generate the judder test videos linked below, so you can check out on your systems when and how judder occurs in your technical environment. Please let me know in the comment section what you experience and what you opinion about 24 fps for streaming videos is. I would recommend to created videos in a 30 fps timeline if judder is to be avoided.
