Bourbon Bacon Onion Jam

Smokey, sweet, savory... and highly addictive! You will want to slather this amazing condiment on everything.

1 lb. thick cut peppered bacon, chopped
4 c. chopped sweet onions
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 t. seasoned salt
1 t. chili powder
1/2 c. good bourbon
1/2 c. brown sugar (I used dark)
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. dark balsamic vinegar

Ways to use it:
Top deviled eggs
Stir into meatloaf
Glaze meatballs
Slather on a burger
Add to mac and cheese
Top cheese and crackers
Add to a grilled cheese sandwich
Top sweet potatoes
