Biden must respond to mandate petitions by Dec 30th;AOC wants Manchin Punished;Crimes in Dallas fall

The Supreme Court has been asked to consider at least nine legal challenges to President Joe Biden's COVID-19 vaccine mandate after a federal appeals court last week put the controversial policy back into effect and overturned an earlier court ruling. Decisions are not expected until probably early January. Faith groups, companies, and attorney generals have asked the Supreme Court to hear their challenge over the weekend, but the Supreme Court said it had placed their lawsuits and others on the court's docket.

Manchin made it clear that he represents the people of West Virginia, not "WOKE" progressives who are pushing bloated spending proposals for their pet projects. He can't and won't support those proposals. During Squad member Alexandria Ocasio Cortez’s rant against Manchin she characterized his actions as an “egregious breach of the trust of the president.” She asked Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer to punish him and actively lobbied Biden to use his power to bypass the legislative process.
