Calm down, take a mental break, relax and enjoy the snowfall. This a relaxing meditation video made to calm things down and rebalance your focus from the things that may be urgent but not really important, to the things of lesser urgency, but of greater long term importance. Sit back, enjoy this video. Use it as a mental palate cleanser to give you a break from the busy life you are leading.
Take your mind back to “what if I were trapped at home for a few days due to snow” how would that change your focus today.
This was a treat for Thao and Sofia. It was a reason for us to slow down a bit and take a laid back break from our usual busy weekends. Snow is wonderful in a lot of ways, one very noticeable way we experienced on this day was the lack of noise from the cars driving by, dogs barking, and random noises of life. I didn’t delete the soundtrack from the video before adding the music. It was just peaceful and quiet outside. Ahh,,,
