Episode 7 Our main text is from Luke 2:1-7 The Word of God recorded by Luke takes us on a treacherous journey as we see Joseph and Mary make the difficult trip from their hometown of Nazareth to Bethlehem. This is the place of their registry and where Mary delivers the Christ child. As we examine closely the conditions of the actual birthplace we see that it was not a romantic story told every year by the fireside with hot chocolate, but rather a grim and dingy reality experienced by these young parents.
