Tired of crunches and sit-ups? Crunches and sit-ups places stress on your lower back?
Can be used with trap bar (bar in video) barbell, dumbbells or kettlebells.
The uneven load naturally pulls you to one side, and you have to tighten your entire core (posterior tilt, squeeze your glutes, suck your belly button towards your spine) to maintain an upright position.
Of course, start with lower weight first. As you become stronger add weight. Hold for 7-10 secs each side for 3 Reps. Great for burnouts.
