**ARM EXERCISES w/ LIGHT WEIGHTS USED AT HOME**
For this workout, get a set of 2 or 3 lb. Weights. This doesn't require anything too heavy, and you can always do this with no weights at all. Of course, you can still do the moves in this video without weights. Equipment is always optional.
**I love being able to fit in some form of exercise every day. It's so nice to feel accomplished. When I know it's just a 10 minute commitment, then I'm even more motivated to put on some music and go for it. I'm glad you feel that way, too, and that's why you're here.**To benefit the most from my workouts, invest in some lightweight, inexpensive equipment; some comfortable workout clothes; a pair or two of non-slip socks; AND some underarm protection❣️ My motto? It's important for you to have the proper tools to achieve the greatest success!
In life, make this count! Put on that workout 'uniform'; follow my lead; come back tomorrow and do it again. It's NEVER too late to look better! And, nobody can shape your body like you can. God gave you the clay, but left it to YOU to sculpt it. So, let's get to work and sculpt that MASTERPIECE! 💪🏻
