⭐️Single Arm Dumbbell Press w/ Resistance Band Pulldown
A great exercise to challenge your press. Single arm dumbbell press is a full body workout by itself. Using your core and your legs to balance yourself while pressing.
Now add the resistance band pull down to that 💪🏽. This will challenge your stability even more forcing you to engage all of your muscles to resist against the pull and while your pressing.
A great warmup or burnout exercise.
