FINALLY! HELL YEAAAAAAAAH!
My biggest problem with benching always seems to be unracking the damn weight, especially since my uprights/J-Hooks are freaking MASSIVE, and SUCK. As you can see here, I actually FAAAAAAILED to unrack the first time, but I DIDN'T QUIT. Once I got it out, the rep itself felt pretty smooth! Unracking really does seem to be sabotaging me with Bench, so I am trying to pin down a good setup, and unracking strategy, to minimize difficulty.
In any case.... VICTORY!!! ONWARDS AND UPWARDS!! 🤟🏻
