Like I said before , I was feeling really strong today, so I figured I would make up for the wasted potential of my top set, and do an easy back-off set. It was even easier than I anticipated! I was only going to go for 3, but it felt like a KE, compared to last week, so I decided to do another rep, but also doing a long pause.

And ANOTHER.
I decided to stop at 6, as that is double the target rep count, and not to overtax myself.
Very pleased with this! 🤟🏻
