How To Brine Thanksgiving Turkey

BRINE INGREDIENTS
THIS BRINE IS FOR A 12-14 POUND TURKEY
1 Gallon water For actually Brine
1 gallon water for 20 pound bag of ice in the bucket as shown in video
2 cups dark brown sugar
1 1/2 cups kosher salt
1/4 cup old bay seasoning
1/4 cup black pepper corns
1 whole bulb of garlic
5 oranges
4 lemons
2 large honey crisp apples(or 4 average size )
Oriental fresh herb pack(that has the thyme Rosemary and cilantro)
PLEASE DONT FORGET TO RINSE THE TURKEY OFF INSIDE AND OUT AFTER YOU REMOVE IT FROM THE BRINE.
