Old guy almost eats 225lbs!

Shit! This was the set that made me make a HUUUUGE decision (Reveal days away)

I did warm ups with POWER BLOCK flys, 5 sets of 12 reps, 60lbs, then incline press with a goal of 5 sets of 225lbs for 8, which I crushed handidly, and then there was this here Nightmare of a set which looked to be another semi easy set of 8 after 5 reps, with #6 being meh but good, figured I was at least good for...one....more...rep!

FK me that was tense LOL....
