If the flow of energy is reversed, it's just like putting a battery backwards in a flashlight. It just won't work. When your energy flow is reversed or stagnant, your body just doesn't work right. Overtime, this leads to dis-ease and disease.

When your energy is flowing well, you feel good. You have an abundance of feel good hormones and neurotransmitters in your body. You have energy and feel powerful.

This is a technique that I recommend using at least once a day. Twice a day would be even better. As you begin to test and correct these imbalances, notice the difference in how you feel....
