Catching Huge Trout - Saving a Baby Bull Snake - Fremont Canyon - Alcova Reservoir

In this episode I took another great trip to my favorite spot in Fremont Canyon in Central Wyoming. I knew the big browns were starting stack up in that great pool that fish just can't get past this time of year. I made the trip and fished with Panther Martins and Copper John type flies.
One of the fish I caught was an amazing fall rainbow with huge dots on its back. On the way in and out of the canyon I trolled crank-baits and caught a few trout. I also rescued a little bull snake that somehow ended up in a place where he wouldn't survive. I took him out of the canyon to an environment that could support him and enable him to den up for the winter.
