hermanos -(siblings)

medio hermano-(half-brother)
media hermana -(half-sister)
tío-(uncle)
tía -(aunt)

In Spanish we will use the masculine form of a noun to ask a question for some information we don't already know. When you answer you will provide a concrete answer specifying uncles and aunts, or brothers and sister, etc.

¿Cuántos tíos tienes? (How many aunts and uncles do you have?)
Yo tengo tres tíos y una tía. (I have three uncles and one aunt.)

¿Cuántos hermanos tienes? (How many siblings (brothers and sisters) do you have?)
Yo tengo un hermano y dos hermanas. (I have one brother and two sisters.)
