High rep b/bell drop set almost gets tense

So after 5 sets of 15reps with 60lber's, I move on to incline barbell, goal, 15-20. (ha ha ha yeah right, dreamer)

After 4 sets of 180lbs (15reps, then 14, 12 and 12) I put everything into one last set of 12 with a drop and went for 20reps with 135....yeaaaa, it didn't go all that smoothly :/
Wait till the end when I thought I was going to have more iron in my diet then usual!

Still got 19 but man o man it was close!!

Fun times....
On a serious note, hitting failure on most of my barbell movements as I get stronger lately has got me questioning my "budget rack" set up...guess I'll to whip out the ol' credit card and find a more, and better, safe solution...
More on this as I weigh my options...and budget...FML
